Hi, I’m Daniel.
I never set out to be a photographer or video producer — it happened by accident. I found myself drawn to the challenges of storytelling in harsh conditions and unique environments.
Camera in hand since 2013, I’ve orchestrated shoots on the top of mountain summits, in remote conflict zones, and between leaders of government.
My passion for this work is rooted in a deep love for storytelling. Capturing the raw human experience, and using that as a catalyst for action. I strive to make the inaccessible, accessible — shedding light on the hardships, triumphs, and struggles that define us.
What I DO
Video, Photo, Digital Strategy.
The focus of my work is to continually push the limits of cinematography and photography.
Currently I work as a Videographer & Digital Coordinator in the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada. I started under Prime Minister Trudeau, and now work for Prime Minister Carney. In the years prior, I advised Minister Harjit Sajjan on Digital Strategy at Global Affairs Canada — International Development.
